Cylinder Head Sub Assembly Line

This system consist of fully automatic material handling powerised conveyor system with turn table and leak testing station for checking of cylinder head oil gallery and water jacket area, with rejection strategy for not ok parts.

This system also provides data logging in a specifc software with reference to components number scanning.
