9.3l 6-Cylinder Head Assembly Line

This sub-assembly line (semi-automatic type) supplied for 9.3 L cylinder head (weight -110 Kgs)sub assembly which consist of total 7 stations, includes stem seal pressing, valve guide assembly, valve lock pressing ,oscillation checking, valve seat leak testing and manifold assembly,with tact time of 60 secs.

This line consist of power and free through feed conveyor with PU coating rollers to prevent any damages to finish components.
