2 & 3 Cylinder Head Assembly Line

This sub-assembly line (semi-automatic type) supplied for 2&3 Cylinder head consist of 4 stations such as loading, leak testing, valve seat and valve guide pressing for intake ad exhaust with specific load checking and at particular location with the help of load cell & linear scale.

This assembly line provided with auto movement of components from loading to unloading which ensures leak testing of water jacket and oil gallery at first station , valve seat pressing for intake side at second station and valve seat guide pressing at exhaust side at third station and the unloading which ensure quality output at specific cycle time.

As per customer requirement rejection strategy after leak test is also included in this line to ensure no rejected components will travel for next station for intake and exhaust valve seat and guide pressing.
